My story
Why I do this.
I founded Synergy3 to bring clarity, precision, and partnership to the people doing the hard, brave work of building something — who deserve to actually trust their numbers while they do it.
Over 18+ years in finance, management, and business strategy, I've worked alongside tech innovators, retail leaders, and service-based entrepreneurs. I've helped medical practices streamline their operations and helped startups get investor-ready — and through all of it, I've seen how much lighter the work feels when the books are clean and the picture is clear.
That's what I do now, full-time, as your fractional bookkeeper: keep your books clean, current, and clear, and help you understand and act on what they're telling you. No jargon, no judgment — just steady, accurate work and a partner who's genuinely glad to dig into the details so you can run your business.
